Delivering a defined end to end solution including;

-Registering and confirming the build date of the swimming pool and/or spa with council on behalf of the property owner.

-Arrange the appointment for a barrier safety trades-person with expertise in swimming pool and/or spa barriers to attend your property and perform a swimming pool and/or spa safety barrier assessment.

-Establishing the scope of Rectification works (if required) to minimise the risks, costs and fines to the property owner, particularly prior to receiving a Certificate of Compliance.

-Have the pool safety barrier inspected for compliance by an independent registered building surveyor or inspector.

-Coordinate with the property owner to have the Certificate of Compliance lodged with Council.

-Where Non Compliance is determined by assessment or inspection determine actions to rectify the Non Compliance.
