Arrange the appointment for a registered building inspector to attend your property

Arrange and pay for mandatory barrier inspection by a registered building inspector on your behalf
- Coordinate with property owner to have the Certificate of Compliance lodged with council

Note: if the swimming pool and/or spa is determined to be non compliant any additional council fees or re-inspection building inspector costs will be to the property owners account
- Note: Victorian Pool Safety Services are not and do not represent as being registered building inspectors
- Note revisit fee is $100

AustraliaGreat communication with the company and with some small improvements the spa barrier was up to the current Australian safety standard.
AustraliaThank you . Inspection completed. We are now compliant. The only problem with the service is the costs. $900 is a bit of a high cost. It should not be this high. Other costs I encountered that was to become compliant. New gate hinges, labour cost for the trimming and cutting trees. Modification to the tap post with a 60 degree fabricated hat. I believe this should be life time compliant issue not for 4 years.It should only be re- done when the house is sold or leased for rental. . This would be considered a fairer system than the one the council have created. . The Council have created a money for jam situation. Pools already costs a lot to maintain and use a lot of energy. Owners do not need these extreme additional costs. As for the service given it was handle well. Options explained. I took all the options. Could not afford to have the inspection to fail. Recommend taking up the pre- inspection to show all non compliant issues. Thanks to all.
