  • Making the complicated simple;

    • There is a great deal of uncertainty around pool safety laws and obligations making the process for the Property Owner complex. Our process makes this complicated process more simple on behalf of the property owner.

OUR VALUE PROPOSITION IS TO PROVIDE A SERVICE THAT DELIVERS THE PROPERTY OWNER EXCEPTIONAL OUTCOMES BY;

Delivering a defined end to end solution including;

Registering and confirming the build date of swimming pool and/or spa with council on behalf of the property owner.

Arrange the appointment for a barrier safety trades-person with expertise in swimming pool and/or spa barriers to attend your property and perform a swimming pool and/or spa safety barrier assessment.

Establishing the scope of Rectification works (if required) to minimise the risks, costs and fines to the property owner, particularly prior to receiving a Certificate of Compliance.

Have the pool safety barrier inspected for compliance by an independent registered building surveyor or inspector.

Coordinate with the property owner to have the Certificate of Compliance lodged with Council.

Where Non Compliance is determined by assessment or inspection determine actions to rectify the Non Compliance.
